My stay was quite mixed at this resort. The views were beautiful, especially from the upper floors, and the clean rooms made me feel at home. However, I was disappointed with the noise levels and some maintenance issues, particularly with our screened porch, which detracted from the experience. Although there were many fun activities on-site, certain facilities were closed for repairs, which was a letdown.

Our 2-bedroom unit was spacious and clean, but the view was obstructed by trees, making it less enjoyable than expected.

The resort is tucked away from the busy Branson area, which I appreciated, but access to certain views was a challenge due to the property’s layout.

While the outdoor pool was nice, the hot tub was out of order for our entire stay, and the bathrooms near the pool were undergoing renovations.

I had a lovely stay at Westgate Branson Lakes. The property is well-maintained and clean, with great amenities like pools and recreational activities. The lake view is beautiful, but access to it could be improved. Unfortunately, my room didn’t have the lake view I was hoping for, and I could hear conversations from the neighbors quite clearly at night.
Rooms

Our unit was clean and well-maintained, but it was disappointing that it faced the hallway instead of the lake. The thin walls made conversations from next door quite audible.
Service
8.0
While I didn’t interact much with the staff, the amenities were well managed and everything was organized nicely during our stay.
Location

The resort is a bit isolated from the hustle and bustle of Branson, which I appreciated, but it does require a short drive to reach downtown attractions.

The resort offers nice facilities, including a small pool and recreational activities like shuffleboard and basketball. However, the pool's distance from the lake was a bit disappointing.

We had a decent stay at the hotel with stunning views over the lake, but there were some issues that affected our experience. The noise from the outdoor AC units and the need for a deeper cleaning made it less than ideal. However, the spaciousness of the units and affordability cannot be overlooked.
Rooms

The room was spacious, but it needs better sound insulation and a thorough cleaning.

Overall, I had an adequate stay at this resort. The price was reasonable, and the pool area was really nice. However, I faced some hidden fees that were not disclosed before booking, and the walls were quite thin, making it a little noisy at times. Additionally, some staff interactions were less than welcoming, which impacted my experience.
Rooms

The rooms were clean and well maintained, though we got a unit that faced the parking lot instead of the water.
Service

Service was hit or miss. While some staff members, like Gina, were friendly and helpful, others were not very welcoming and seemed indifferent.

The resort is a bit remote from the hustle and bustle of Branson, which I appreciated. It was still conveniently close to Table Rock's amenities.

The pool area was a highlight for me. They have nice gas grills on-site, but they are a bit of a trek from the units.

The resort is not what I expected considering the price I paid. Our upgraded suite didn’t meet the standards I anticipated, with a lack of proper amenities and a disappointing pool situation. On the positive side, the room itself was decent and had potential, but the overall experience was marred by construction and accessibility issues that made it difficult to enjoy our stay.
Rooms

The room was decent, but it had its issues like a door that wouldn't shut properly. Definitely not up to the standard for the price we paid.
